ESXi 5.5 - how to configure secondary management network with different gateway and mask?

Hi,

I have an ESXI 5.5 with networking as on the picture.

"vmk0" has a static IP e.g. 10.10.10.10 , gateway 10.10.10.9.

Virtual machines has an internal IPs (192.168.1.0/24), except one machine  (IP 10.10.10.11, gateway 10.10.10.9), which uses as gateway .

I want to add secondary management network  to one of vSwitch1 - vSwitch3 to have possibility to manage hypervisor via ssh or vSphere Client from virtual machines with IPs 192.168.1.0/24 when cable disconnected from vmnic0.

Is it possible? And how to configure the routing?
