My VCenter is installed on a Microsoft 2012 Standard Server running SQL Server 2012. Recently C: Partition filled up and caused all sorts of havoc to the server and VCenter.
I've gone though "Resetting the VMware vCenter Server and Server Appliance 6.0 Inventory Service Datbase (2119422)" without any problems but now I can't get the Windows Service "VMware vSphere Profile-Driven Storage Service" to stay running.
The Windows event log comes up with the "Service Terminated with the following service specific error; Incorrect function".
I'm not sure what logs to go after, I've looked at the wrapper.log file from allusers\VMware\vCenterServer\logs\invsvc and it's complaining about Servlet.service() for servlet [servlet 11] in context with path [/] threw exception [Servlet execution threw an exception]..........
A lot of the KB articles that I've read refer to vCenter 5.1, or 5.5. The file structure is different and I don't want to start randomly changing .conf files.
Please help,
Thanks much
