Hello,
I am running vCloud Director 8.0 (as well as 5.5). Both of which have the same problem.
When I publish a catalog and then subscribe to the catalog (either from a different org or a different vcloud instance), the process is painfully slow.
I understand the process is the vm is exported OVF to the vcloud cell in the transfer directory, then transferred to the destination vcloud cell (if remote) and then imported into vcloud. The OVF export is taking a very long time. I have read in various places that vmware throttles the connection but I just wanted to see if anyone has gotten around that?
The network is 10gbe behind all the hardware and all vnics on the vcloud cells are vmxnet3 at 10gbe.
This same slow behavior was also seen using vcloud connector on vcloud 5.1.
Any insights would be fantastic.
Thank You.
