I asked 3 questions in my previous reply and obviously you can't answer the third one until you do a the plan vanilla default install however considering I've spent some time trying to help you along with Wil I'd appreciate it if you'd answer the other questions asked! 
Do you have other VM's and if yes do they have Internet/Network Connectivity?
What have you configured OEL for and why do you have a virtual bridge setup (virbr0)?
